numbing cream before you leave your house, and Tylenol. just be prepared to find a happy place for a little bit. lol depending on where you are getting it, it will be fine. I have 1 on my spine and 1 on my finger and those are hot spots I guess because the one on my shoulder didn't hurt that bad at all
I have 8 and they were all not bad at all. You psych yourself out about it the first time! It all depends on where you get them! The only one that hurt was the one on my ribs.
