I wouldn't recommend it because why add extra chemicals when you don't have too and if you HAVE too get ammonia free dye

I did ammonia free. and because I feel gross about myself cause the way my hair looks.

I dye my hair every 8 weeks. Doctor said it was okay as long as it was in a well ventilated area, and I use salon quality dyes not boxed
