Ugh have been nauseous since third trimester started. Little over a month ago went to l&d because I couldn't keep anything down. They gave me shot for nausea and told me to stay hydrated. Been nauseous since then but even worse these past three days and since last night no matter what I eat or drink it won't stay down 😢tried eating small meals and taking many bites. I'm so hungry !!!!!!! 😭 trying to eat a piece of toast right now. Just want to keep something down and not be hungry 😢

I am beyond excited that this liquid diet is helping me with severe morning sickness! I have been taking Zophran and tried eating solids and it wouldn’t stay down but if I take the medicine and stick to liquids only it stays down..with a nauseous feeling but I can handle that!

Everyone keeps telling me I "eggargerate" Bc I stay hungry alot and eat more than I usually do. anyone else stay hungry???

bugmama I was like that with my son so I would just eat 3/4 portions and snacks regularly
