Still at the hospital and doc says he's gonna send me home but I'm really confused... So i went to the bathroom and had TONS of clear stuff coming out of me. I called my nurse and she tested it. It wasn't my water she said to let her know if any more came out. So I was laying in bed and my underwear was SOAKED. So I called her again and dr Downing came too well apparently it's mucous. But the nurse said it's strange because that much mucous doesn't usually come out until right before you're about to have a vaginal delivery later in your pregnancy. Because your body automatically lubricates the vaginal canal for the babies to come out. But he's sending me home so I'm gonna be mad if I get clear home and my water breaks tonight... I'm 2.5 cm dilated & 70% effaced.

Try not to stress about it. Unfortunately I am of no help because neither of my birth stories were natural and I never had that experience but I wouldn't really worry too much unless you start cramping or bleeding. Only you know your body though so if you think something is wrong don't hesitate to speak up.

I went to labor and delivery because I knew something wasn't right they sent me home because I wasn't dilating anymore and 15 mins after I got home my water broke. it was horrible I never had my water break with my first they had to break my water but my last pregnancy I was freaking out because it just kept coming out and I didn't know if baby was just making me pee myself constantly or if my water broke so we called an ambulance at 2 am and 13 hours later I had my son lol.
