One thing I am definitely looking forward too after I have my daughter is getting back into the best shape of my life. I want to prove to people that yes you can have a baby and gain a lot of weight and still get your body back and become the best version of yourself.

Some days I am gone from 645am-9pm. It is def. rough
My job let me go down to 30 hours and I go to class three nights a week it is very draining. By the time baby will arrive I'll be on internship so no more classes to go to basically just a full time job so it'll be more typical. I am taking May-August off though. Our baby girl is due May 12th. I may still
Be in classes but I'll prob try and get out of a few and just do assignments at home
@kgagnon, how?! Full time work and school
Plus pregnant OMG. Are u gonna continue after birth ?
@lexishai, well good I only have to make up half of the calories. I'm sure cleaning in Arizona when it's 112 out will burn a lot
I have read that breastfeeding burns up to 500 calories a day! And it takes 1000 calories to lose a pound (that's what I have heard) @kgagnon,
Also. I've decided I can't stress about being fit now I go to school full time work full time and go to pre internship. My body needs rest when I have time off not to go work out. It'll happen in May after baby comes and luckily breastfeeding helps with the loss
I agree I wanted to lose it before and started a refining and then boom found out I was preggo at the highest weight of my life. I already have a game plan and two and a half months off with baby. I have a few friends who ended up skinnier than their pre pregnancy weight so I know it's possible and I also want to prove all those it's hard to get it off people wrong
That's what mine is too! I hope we can achieve it girly 💪🏻@desirechild,
Yeah.
Honestly I wanted to be fit pregnant cuz I seen others , so it wasn't me true intention. I feel like as a pregnant woman you need to
Let your body do its thing and not do strenuous work/workouts to maintain safety and peace. After all it's the one time you'll gain weight no matter what and that's beautiful natural and normal. But, after birth, WHOLE different story, when baby is 6 -9+ months there is no reason for myself to slack and have baby weight! My perspective :)
My goal realistic goal
Is 125 and my dream
One is 115-118
That's one thing I failed on is being a fit pregnant woman lol, before I got
Pregnant I ate so well, never ate bad then BAM all I want is fast food and candy bars lmao @desirechild,
I wanted to be a fit preggo woman but that didn't happen so I'll be a fit MOM
@lexishai, thanks you , you too! I'm determined like oh my . I'm allready walking now I have 2 months of pregnancy left but I need that fresh air
I did. You can totally do it! My husband & I went out walking a couple days after I got home. Even if it was just around the block. I tried to get out. It really worked. Helped a lot. You can do it. Even if it's just a walk to the mailbox everyday. Drink lots of water. Eat fruits. Keep it up girl. You can do anything. Good luck.
@desirechild,
