Not mommy related.. but what is the best eyeliner to use for bottom lid D;

I love Younique's precision pencil Eyeliner. It's $15, but it's so worth it. It is also smudge proof.

I like the Rimmel London scandal eyes. It's like a kohl pencil, super pigmented and glides on so smoothly

i know. ive used many liquid ones on the bottom and immediately regret it because it burns like hell and they never stay. until i found this one . its really thick so it doesnt burn when you apply it.

I have never used liquid eyeliner for bottom, I am always scare too lol @dayan48

i like this one . it works on top & bottom of course make sure to let dry before blinking when using on bottom . it works great and its about 7$ walmart. the only bad thing about this eyeliner is that it dries up quick for some reason i always end up using it about 5 times and then i have to throw away.
