I'm sorry parents parent differently that's definitely true. This parent has crossed the line and needs to stop. He is too young, and she is setting him up for him to think he is a female, I have absolutely nothing against the LGBT community at all, but this is a child not a experiment, or make up damn doll.
Depends, did he ask for it? When I was a teen my mom fostered kids and we had an 8 year old boy that watched me do my makeup and asked me to put lipstick on him. I did eye shadow and lipstick and he loved it and wanted to play dress up with dresses. However, I do not agree with putting it on the internet, that could cause him to get bullied because kids are mean.
