My LO will be 4 months on the 6th. He has a white spot in his gum on the bottom right side. He chews on his fingers on that side most of the time. But he isn't fussy, and doesn't seem like it's bothering him. He won't let me get a picture of it because he likes sticking his tongue out while I try to. So is it possible that white spot is a tooth getting ready to come in? TIA FTM
