Boyfriend won't talk to me when he's mad, texts my grandma about me instead

my baby's daddy doesn't talk to me like at all when he's mad. instead, he texts my mema and talks to her about me 🙄 i find this extremely childish because im having his child and he can't even communicate with me! i don't know what to do anymore. i want my daughter to have her father in her life but with the way he acts im this 👌🏽 close to telling him to take me to court.
