I wouldn't. They wouldn't remember it and a cruise is expensive. Don't go all out for the first birthday. Maybe the 5th birthday or something.

Me and hubby were just talking about this no joke lol in my opinion I would wait. It's SO expensive, and you honestly won't want to be taking care of a baby. I'd wait til they're older so they can actually remember it, and you won't be having to be stressed the whole time. just my opinion though!!
