You can give babies suppositories my sons pediatrician said it was fine if nothing else works. Try karo syrup in water, apple juice in water, && if that doesn't work get pedia-lax suppositories , if they don't have baby my pediatrician told me to us ages 2-5 but only do half the liquid and I've been doing that since my son was a couple days old
Move his legs in a riding bike motion or lay him on his stomach but keep an eye on him. If that doesn't help try .5oz of apple juice and .5oz of water to help him poo and Gripe water for gas.
