I will be 18 weeks Sunday and we already have our crib and changing table! We are stocking up on diapers and wipes :) I've also started buying clothes since I know what I'm having now :)

I would start buying diapers (all different sizes if you can go to Costco or sams you can get bigger boxes) and wipes (also available in bulk ). If you know what your having you can start getting clothes too (bigger sizes are always better since they can grow into them). Keep an eye out for sales on toiletries so you can stock up as well.

I say don't buy anything till after baby shower 🙈 only thing I bought ahead was the crib everything else usually better to wait till after baby shower

Sadly we live away from family and friends so we didn't have that option.. but if you have a baby shower option I just wouldn't buy quite as much
