Am I too harsh for "getting a little attitude" toward our neighbor for having their music so loud we could hear it through the roof? This was so loud it woke me up (even though I was completely exhausted and sleeping hard). I'm so annoyed. And this isn't the first offense they've had disturbing every one of our neighbors peace. So ready to buy a house!
