what does it mean when your bottom of your belly or the uterus hurts really bad that you can't harly walk

this my 3rd one and I just had one 6 months ago could that be another reason I'm hurting so bad

I'm 4 months and I feel heavy and my pelvis and uterus hurts from time to time the doctor told me that would happen this is my 2nd baby remember as the baby grows uterus gets bigger your body is always adjusting

when im laying down it don't really bother me it just when I get up and walk

it could be the way the baby is laying you might just need to lay down as long as you not cramping or having any bleeding it should go away
