So our cable company changed their name before it was TWC (time warner cable) and now it's called Spectrum.. all I been seeing on tv is if we don't want them to remove mostly all the channels I like to watch to give them a call 🤔🤔 such BS if it's like that I just rather have the kids watch movies or watch them on YouTube as if I didn't pay a lot already every month..

Like what's the catch? Leave the channels but we have to pay for them.. I don't think so as if the bill don't come high every month.. it's so dumb. @mommy_of_04,

I know, and the one thing that made me so made is they switched my bill without even telling me. I am so pissed about. They said well your promotion ended so we put you on a different promotion which cost me an extra 30 dollars a month. I know it's 30 dollars but damn shouldn't you send a letter or something letting me know? So now I'm in the processes of looking for different cable

Same thing happened to me!! My bill is usually 119$ & month ago it started coming at 140 something I called & they told me the same exact thing that my promotion ended.. so my promotion ends & you don't even i s me a heads up of how much higher my bill is going to come.. it's ridiculous @mommy_of_04,
