im pissed! i had to put my husband on child support because we arent legally married and im not getting child support for my other kids. so my husbands checks from my parents are going to come out short and idk when ill be getting the money from him to help him out and i apparently recived 20 dollars and never got it. this is some stupid ass bullshit! im beyond pissed off at this stupid situation! how is it that my sons bad can buy a new used car but cant pay fuckin child support or only sends me 20 dollars a month. my oldest daughters rapest father hardly has been paying too. i cant wait to take them back to court!

well considering the fact he's not your husband would make you have to put him on child support if your receiving state benefits. One of the benefits of actually being someone wife and playing someone wife not to be smart. If your other two kids father have a child support order that don't mean they can't but things it mean why not request for a wage attachment but 20 isn't much i wouldn't even be pressed for that. Not to be mean. But putting your "husband" on child support shouldn't make you mad bc the money is coming back into your house anyway.
