so I'm a happy camper I can wear my ring again and I've lost 30lbs so far so all the 12 pounds I gained with my pregnancy and 18 extra... yay 😊

right now I'm not doing anything but walking every so often and pumping because I just had the baby a week ago c section so I can't do much
