Why Does My Body Antagonize Me During Sleep?

stuck in the bathroom on potty break BC my body feels like it got the right to antagonize the hell outta me while I was sleeping on my back..(shyt I'm surprised I got to sleep that long😂😂) but dam I don't think imma b able to make it back to sleep😭well IG I'll just suck on a peppermint and clean up and start my list for tomorrow after work...
