Ok, so my daughter does this thing where she'll either pull her hair out or do knock her head into whatever surface is closest when I tell her no or take the crayon she's chewing on away. She's not hurting herself when she does these things, well maybe pulling her hair out, but she just seems to be expressing her frustration with me. Any advice on how to redirect this energy or get her to stop. Also, I would love for someone to tell me I'm not the only one whose child does this 🙁
