2016 has been a roller coaster for me, to say the least. From leaving my psycho ex when I first found out I was pregnant and busting my ass as a waitress up until i physically couldn't anymore and handling all of my legal business with the corrupt state of Mississippi from mistakes I made as a teenager, then giving birth to my perfect little angel, going through every possible challenge with breastfeeding and overcoming them, only to be ripped away from my exclusively breastfed baby at 5 weeks old because I had social media and the judge over my program sent everyone to jail for having a Facebook (I am not joking), and of every traumatic thing I have endured in my life, that will forever kill me inside. To have to start all over and get through everything that I have, I still can't believe it. I am almost done with the program that I've unfortunately been on for over 3 years, we've made it almost 11 months EBF, I just finished my first semester of school on the President's list, and my baby will be a year old on February 4th! We have so much to look forward to, and so much that I am beyond ready to put in the past. For any single mothers out there that are doubting yourselves, please remember that YOU can do anything you put your mind to!
