I just can't deal today with these contractions... Almost 30 weeks and every time I stand or walk…

It's been a few days of these types of contractions I can't do anything... I have other kids to take care of and I can't even walk 😔 @beebaby,

I drink water and eat ice all day long I have Sjögren's which affect my saliva glands however the meds for it I can't take during pregnancy so I have to constantly drink water or ice or something so I don't have cotton mouth. I'll just be glad when march 6 is here for my c section lol @beebaby,

I hope I get some relief soon I see my dr Friday so i will have her check me out to be safe because I feel pressure a lot

I get them at work a lot. I need to drink more water tho. I do eat a lot of ice. I bought a maternity belt too to help support my back and lower stomach. It helps some
