So my daughter had a fever of almost 103 on Sunday. Well she is slowly starting to feel better but she just fusses and screams and lays down. Now she has these splotch looking rash all over her upper body. All she wants too do is lay down. Is this normal after her having that bad of a fever? I'm concerned. But through out the say some she will play.

After a high fever most children get a rash on their body. Give it a few days it should go away.

@megbaby07 sounds like she's in pain. Did you have her ears checked? That's how my son acts when he gets a fever because of ear infections

did you try some infant Motrin? that helped Joshua when he was sick. they gave him that in the ER too

@megbaby07 try the Motrin it works better for pain and fevers. Make her an appointment with her pediatrician to check her ears. My son usually gets fevers, pulls his ears, and pushes away in pain when he has ear infections.
