is it common to have lots of pain in your stomach during your 3rd trimester? if I sit up (like sitting in a chair) there's so much pressure on my stomach I could cry. I also have been sick with a cold for the last 6 weeks and now the last two days feel very nauseous:( just want 2 know if it's something to call my Dr about or if it's a waste of my time
