okay lady's thay have men that work 12 hours or more a day and have two kids how did you get your man to make sure he did not spend more time with the new baby more then the older one? I really don't want my daughter to feel like my husband is paying more attention to her sister more then her when she gets here I know she is a daddy girl so i am freaking out that she is going to feel left out.

Well... it's hard. My parents never did so well with me but my friend does a daddy and daughter date every week or every other week (pick one or the other because it needs to be consistent). The two of them would go to the park, have ice cream, pick out a toy or a movie, sit down at mcdonals get her a happy meal from time to time. They made sure she knew that she was going to get less time with daddy but they won't forget about her. She will deffinately feel left out it's unavoidable. No matter how many tantrums she threw in the begining they were very patient and had talks with her. Slowly but surely she began to adjust to the schedule of give then take.
