I agree with all of this! 🙌🏼 A new start, some of the most simple changes will change you in big ways! After having Calvin my anxiety was at an all time high. I made some small decisions 9 months ago and I am happier than ever. If you want a change no matter how big it seems. Work at it! Have more faith in yourself. 😘
