I got mine last time and I plan to again this go round!! And I'm glad I got it cause I had a couple of friends who caught the flu right after I got it and I never got sick!!
I also got mine and haven't gotten sick, it can be fatal to an unborn child so I didn't want to take the risk and just got the shot! Definitely glad I did
I got mine! Back in April my son caught the flu and passed it to me. We had Influenza B and caught pneumonia on top of that. OMG I thought I was dying lol I felt so bad that my one year old who was only 6 months old at the time had it also. I learned my lesson quick. Me and him will get them faithfully every year. I refuse to have my child suffer as well as myself.
I got mine. Usually I would not get a flu shot (it's a pretty controversial topic) but I felt like the risk of the flu being fatal to my child was enough for me to decide to get the shot, I didn't get sick afterward but people around me did. Kinda glad I decided to go that route.
I got mine and the pertussis vaccine at one of my OB appointments, not only did my doctor say it was safe, the encourage and supplied it in their office 😊

My doc told me getting the flu is an inconvenience to ordinary people, but it can cause respiratory failure in pregnant people. Therefore I got it.
