I have no idea what's going on with me. I have zero appetite my upper back into my hips just hurt so bad it's like my muscles and all. I had a fever yesterday of 102.. now it's just low grade 99-100 but even with Tylenol it won't go back to 98 or lower which is my normal temp even while pregnant I'm just hurting a lot to walk or do anything
