exhaustion today. Didn't sleep well last night and today everything aches and I have zero energy. I think driving what should have been 6 hrs and ended up being more like 8 took a lot out of me especially traffic. My back and legs especially hurt. I'm going out to help my mom and hoping my doc office calls me today cuz they have no appts but I asked her to write me a note cuz I can't keep doing night shift and I am scheduled to work tonight so I gotta get it in asap.
