I just figured out my 8 month old knows how to use a straw. Usually she just puts the straw in her mouth and doesn't know what to do. Well I put a straw in her mouth because she was crying that I wouldn't. Next thing I know she's actually drinking my tea. Now I know for when I have soda or coffee not to let her have the straw in her mouth because she'll start drinking it.
