@patti28 relax, stay calm, breathe, and go with the flow! Its okay to have a birth plan but always remember it might not go as planned. Its okay to get IV meds and/or an epidural if you can't handle the pain. Good luck mama! 😊
been induced twice. best advice is to stay calm and be ready lol. its a scary process but the more nervous or anxious you get the more stress you put on baby.
@patti28 I did the IV meds with my first baby cause I got the folley bulb. Eventually got the epidural. My second time around I was planning on doing completely natural but my nurse was dumb and I skipped the IV meds and went straight to the epidural. But follow your instincts, anyone can give you advice but you know your body best and how much you can handle!

I feel like the IV meds were useless and I should just hold out for the epidural. Any thoughts?
