yes. you are absolutely right. and i try to just keep going, but things have been getting to me alot lately so I can't help myself 😂😣 A baby is a miracle. some people can not have the opportunity to carry one for 9 months and then you have those people that take it for granted. like seriously? be grateful that you can have this opportunity and experience and do everything to protect your baby and make it as healthy as he or she can possibly be. someone who can't have babies would more than be happy to carry their baby and make sure it is healthy. I don't get why people will get pregnant and put their kid at risk. I honestly think they should get their kid taken away once it is born because if you don't even care about it being healthy while it's in the womb, why would you when it's born? @mommy1987

@mybabychloe011017 have you ever smoked a cigarette before? Its not as easy as you think to quit and most moms who do it still feel so guilty. I get there are others who are careless and don't give two cents about their baby. But try to put yourself in moms shoes who truly do care and truly do try to quit smoking. They have a guilty side and to try to quit. Sorry not trying to argue or cause trouble. Just my own opinion/view because I have seen moms try to quit.

yes I have smoked cigarettes before. and yes I understand how difficult it is. I have seen people smoking my entire life and how hard it is for them to quit and the effects of it. But as a soon to be mom, I just believe that that should be a huge wake up call and motivation to quit smoking. especially if you watch videos on how it can harm your baby. @athomas

@mybabychloe011017 some moms have a harder time they may deal with lots of stress and other things in their life that smoking just helps them. I agree its extremely harmful. But just because they smoke doesn't mean they do not deserve to be parents. Everyone is different, I think we should leave god the one to judge them because everyones situation maybe different. You quit on the dime but another person may not be able too that easy.

I have been in the position before. @mommyofsoontob3 and it has caused harm to alot of babies and it hasn't to alot of babies. if you smoke while pregnant you are putting your baby in danger of having a chance of health problems. my mom smoked with me and i had asthma my whole life. the doctors told her to stop and she didn't, and that was the result of it according to them.

I did not quit on the dime. it was difficult to quit and took time @athomas but okay.

@athomas I understand. same to you. just everything I have seen and experienced with people around me, family related and non family related, it can effect your baby. I understand it doesn't happen to everyone, but it does happen.

@mommyofsoontob3 some people are born with health issues. This guy who played on survivor his mom had lung cancer never smoked a day in his life. It happens

@mommyofsoontob3 holy shit, are you really going to keep going? it can effect babies. putting a cigarette in your mouth and smoking it or lighting a blunt and putting it in your mouth and smoking it can effect your baby! it doesn't always happen but it happens. so you can stop now.

Usually there are deeper issues. Nobody can get help unless they want it. And you can't help anyone unless you can take care of yourself.

Unfortunately our state is completely messed up. Our mental health and drug problems in America is horrible.

Most people are scared to get help because they don't want to be branded. They are scared they won't even have a chance. But number one is the access to treatment. It's not free.

yes! I had this argument the other day. I smoked a little over a pack a day for ten years. the DAY I found out I was pregnant, I gave away whatever cigarettes I had left and haven't touched one since. no cravings, no nothing! then I have dreams about smoking and wake up pissed off at myself lol. I feel the same way you do. why risk it? this life is precious and I don't care if it's a one in 5 billion chance that I could hurt my son, WHY RISK IT. thank you. stepping off my soap box now lol.

🤗 @nbrooks8891 thank you! and congratulations to you!! it is a hard thing to quit for sure, but if you are really motivated and set your mind to it, you can achieve it. you must really be proud of yourself! especially when you have dreams about it and probably really want one. it is addicting and a bad habit, but the life of your little one should be worth the suffering you go through to quit and keep him or her happy and healthy
