Nope, its such a rare chance of your baby getting it but to cover that super slim chance they'll give you two doses of antibiotics and then check babies respiratory system a little closer!

Is there anything I should be worried about transmitting to my baby?. I just found out today that I tested postive for it, and it's makes me scared thinking about it

I did with my first pregnancy. It was fine just needed Antibiotics during labor.
