@raisinglcp_ pink is mucus plug from everything I've been reading up on it can come in diff colors

All I can think of is pieces of your plug,..let your doc/ob know if your concerned

Well you can lose it and be fine it CAN regenerate but in the case that it has a color to it is the bad thing any blood or pinks should be reported to your OB but the fact that you said your already 2 cm dilated you shouldn't be taking any risks ...

If he does make you stay it's for the safety of your babies.. having a baby at 32 weeks is going to be a long long long stay in the nicu it's better to be on rest and be monitored

I know. & as long as the babies are okay that's the main thing.
