I got induced on my due date... I probably should have waited because Dr said I didn't have a favorable cervix. My body progressed so slow and my cervix never softened so I tore in 3 places and was in labor for over 24 hours. I hope this helps.. I would just say listen to your Dr and see if it's favorable to be induced

I didnt. I had my baby on her due date and no medications or anything it was all baby girl and my body.
