I have no clue why I couldn't sleep through the night and felt starving hungry and spent 30 mins…

I have no clue why I couldn't sleep through the night and felt starving hungry and spent 30 mins sitting on the toilet last night and this morning... I am at work and threw up twice within the first 45 mins and am dizzy and shaky and feel like I haven't eaten in days...? but I did eat everytime I got up and am sitting down eating now. any ideas?

probably going to be done working this week, maybe I'm working myself too much and yesterday was my only day off and I was up early and moving all day for Christmas...
