It's Def not good for ur baby but it's Def not to quit cold turkey especially if u smoke a lot cuz the baby can go thru withdrawal and u could have a miscarriage. I'd reduce the amount u smoke and talk to ur doc about ur options.

My Mom smoked while pregnant with me and I have asthma :( My brother didn't have any issues (the lucky brat lol). That was back in the day when there wasn't much information on the dangers of smoking while pregnant.
