What wine can a pregnant woman drink at 31 weeks? I only want one glass

People are going to tell you none, some are going to say 1 glass is ok. I've heard red wine is what to drink but honestly if it was me I'd pick something with the lowest alcohol content which isn't red.

Sparkling wines are pretty low too. Last year I was 18 weeks pregnant and I had maybe a couple oz glass of moscato. Red usually has the higher alcohol content.

It's better not to risk it. They don't know how much or how little can cause fetal alcohol syndrome. When I asked my doctor she flipped a shit on me
