I agree so much with this... There really should be some type of license or at least a test to go through. So many bad parents out there. .

What you said is true all but the "can't afford to have them" you could have the nicest job the biggest house the best running car that doesn't mean nothing no one can afford a child. no one I don't care what anyone says you dont have 1 million dollars lying around you know ? no one does. I take this to the heart cause can i afford my daughter ? no and she's not even here yet but I'll go through hell and back to make sure she is okay. I'll put her before me. like I'm sure you'll do with your child.

Well my sister claims she doesn't have enough money for stuff, but then goes and gets drunk with her friends and yes she pays. every other week.
And I'm sorry, but if you can't afford a child you shouldn't have one. I'm not saying you don't have to be a millionaire. just be able to provide for your child completely. no not saying spoil them either. But if you can't afford food or diapers then yes you do have a real problem.
