I don't know if it's just because Christmas is in 2 days and my oldest is with his "father" this year, but my depression went to a really low point today. I hate days like these. 😔

When I hit a low like this it always varies but typically it lasts for a couple days at least. Sometimes only a day or two and other times it's a week or more. It sucks and I don't like being this vulnerable and helpless.
