What do you do for engorged boobs??? I am not breast feeding and they have been wrapped since the when I left hospital. Wed they started hurting and I can tell they were getting bigger. It is Friday and feels like my boobs wanna bust out this support I have. They hurt so bad I don't even wanna take off bra for a shower !!

Ibuprofen helps because it's an anti inflammatory. I also drank a lot of pineapple juice (also an anti inflammatory) and I swear that helped. Don't let the warm/hot water hit them in the shower, cold water will help. So sorry!!
