did anyone else have a newborn baby that had a blocked tear duct? did the warm washcloth thing help? I think my son has one blocked tear duct because one eye gets a little puffy but its not red or anything and sometimes a tiny bit of white stuff comes out if you gently massage the lower lid. then after the eye isn't puffy anymore. do you think that's what it is?
