Humidifier or steam the bathroom then shit there with her

Lol 👆🏽💩... When my daughter had got like that I would do the steam in the bathroom until we bought a humidifier and put some organic Vicks stuff on her feet with socks. Also if it's becoming really uncomfortable for her you can try putting some saline in her nose and hopefully some gets down to her throat she might cough a little but it should help loosen it up if you absolutely have to. Also try having her sleep at an elevated angle
