I've never had a UTI before. The doctor made me do a urinalysis and he called back saying " looks like you may have a UTI" he wasn't 100% sure. They never checked me or anything. He sent my prescription through late so now I'm sitting her still in pain and it keeps getting worse. I won't be able to get my meds till at least 9 am. I don't know what to do to ease this pain. My whole back and belly hurt. I don't know if that's normal or not. I want to go to the ER so they can check me to make sure that's what's really going on but my toddler is sleeping and daddy world nights. I'm so confused. Is all this pain normal?

you have pain in your back? like where your kidneys would be? when I had my UTI it burnt when I peed and I had alot of pressure down there, it wasn't until it spread to my kidneys that I started having back/kidney pain. it is unbearable? do you have a fever?

@kmharr3 no fever and the pain it's like consistent it goes from my lower back up to the middle of my back. it doesn't burn at all when I pee but I do feel tons of pressure. I feel like I can't hold my pee. I sit on the toilet to pee and keep pushing but nothing is coming out. My vagina also feels very swollen and tender when I wipe. Every time the baby moves it hurts my vagina and I feel pressure.

that sounds normal to me then.. I'm no doctor but I would probably just wait until tomorrow and start the prescription, if it gets worse or unbearable or you start getting a fever then I would go into the ER. good luck mama, hope it goes away soon!

girl try drinking some baking soda look it up as "bakig soda for uti" I put lime in it so it could taste better but it eased my paid. so much!!!

yes you should I did, I had an appointment that day and I didn't even want to go because I felt so much better. But I ended up going and it was when i got my bfp

@zuly2312 I will definitely try it. they waited so long to have me come in and no have been like this since 4:30 AM. My doctors is put of town so the other doctor is clueless. he sounds so young and stupid

awh i am so sorry. Idk if you have looked it up yet but it explains that it raises the acid on your pee and it relives that pain. I felt the ease in less than 5 min!

i feel you! tmi but there was times that I almost peed myself 😰 and it hurt so bad! I read that it even helps clean your kidneys.

@zuly2312 that's how I feel. I feel like I can't hold it in it just comes out! On top of that my allergies are acting up and I've been sneezing a lot so needless to say I've gone through like 5 panties in one day and 3 showers.
