Okay so this has nothing to do with babies or children... I have a sore on my gums because I accidentally bit them. It's like unbearable pain every time I move my mouth. What can I do to help?

won't feel good, but if you put a bit of salt on it, it'll heal faster. or swish your mouth out with salt water. nasty but generally effective

I have a canker sore right now too. It hurts sooo bad. Warm salt water helps. It burns like hell though.
