I am so pissed. my job decided to put me on all night shift (but one day) the next two weeks. when I brought up that I was pregant and I can't be doing this as I can't stay awake I got that that was my position to work both (which I was nvr told and changed on me) and that that is what I am now expected to work. He had not sympathy toward me or to the fact that it could stress out my unborn child. I swear if I didn't need my leave I'd be done wirh this job. I'm looking to transfer houses immediately and I'm going to get a doc note that says I can not work nights. I was being nice and offered just to work one or two a week and split them wirh someone else and jusy got shit for it. I am beyond pissed 😠

@starliightt amen. He was like we can look into your options but don't get hard headed and let's work together as a team and blah blah blah. I just wanted to yell screw u and throw the phone then cry. This is stressing me out u better believe once I finished what leave I get paid for I am putting in my 2 weeks.

midnight shift is definitely hard. I've worked it my whole pregnancy and I feel like all I do is work and sleep... so glad it's almost over lol

@nbrooks8891 I always had problems staying awake before and now that I am pregnant I can't keep my eyes open and if I'm caught I lose my job. It makes it worse that our night shift just sits and watches TV most of the night so it's not like I have much to do to keep me awake

They need to accommodate you. I say you get a doctors note.
