Three years ago I was diagnosed with spondylethesis (spelling might be totally wrong) but basically there's a slipped/missing cartilage in my lower lumbar so I have bone on bone rubbing together AKA extremely painful. I had no problems with it during my pregnancy for whatever reason but now it's back and feels even worse. Only way to fix it completely is surgery (lol no). Back problems run in my family, I'm the lucky one who has all the medical problems lol

Have you looked into Physical Therapy as a treatment option besides surgery??

@levismom, I tried that already, didn't help at all unfortunately. Some days it's worse than others, some days it doesn't hurt. But I do need to start regularly working out again with weights, it hurts less when I do. Just need to build my core back up.
