Does anyone else have a counter or a part of the couch or the table that just gets crap piled on it?…

Does anyone else have a counter or a part of the couch or the table that just gets crap piled on it? Like no matter how many times you clear it off stuff magically reappears out of nowhere. Well I have a recliner and my kitchen table where that happens and it drives me nuts. The recliner gets piled with my husband's clothes and my daughter's. I wouldn't get annoyed if it was just our jackets placed there but not the jackets and pants and shirts and pj's. Then theres the table that gets piled with random pieces of paper, my husband's xbox games, my daughter's shoes, my husband lunch box, and empty boxes. Why? Why can't everyone just put everything where it belongs. My apartment is small already and maybe just maybe if my table didn't have crap all over it then I could actually sit in the dinning room with my daughter and have meals instead of sitting on my couch and maybe just maybe I would like to rock or recline in my chair. The struggle is real.
