let him fall asleep at your bed but covered by his blanket and move him later in baby cot with the blanket

My son is 11 month and we have the same problem 😔. He refuse to sleep in his own cot. He asleeping only in our bed, only after that İ taking him and put in his cot. And in my possition (i am pregnant) its really harder and harder every day 😪

Have you tried how I've mentioned I leave my boys to settle? I've never left either of them to cry or get distressed but I also don't get them out of the cot. It does mean the first few nights I'd be up & down like a yo-yo but once they've cracked it, makes life so much easier. It's worked for both my boys but obviously I know it may not for all babies.

My first daughter had the same problem, and during long time we moved sleeping her into her cot to avoid crying and stress. Then she grew up (approximately 2 y.o.) little by little we came up with the tradition that had replaced the shifting - read a book and stroking her back before sleep.

I guess its an issue which mostly mum facing .. mine one has totally gone off from the night sleep .. he awakes till 3 or 4am in the night.

now I am pregnant again all I want my bed and a sound sleep which is too much to ask now a days 😬

We are having the same problem but just co-sleeping for decent night sleep. I'm planning on putting him in his own room to see if it's. I don't do 'cry it out' if you find the way forward let me No lol 👍🏻
