Ginger helped me a lot. I found some ginger prenatal pills my doctor said was okay to take and took them my entire first trimester. Also, as weird as this sounds what's been helping me when I get sick now that I'm closer to my due date is eating the premade gingerbread houses with a small glass of milk.
i agree with @raquely . from 10 weeks to 22 weeks i was constantly throwing up & feeling nauseous every single day. everything made me want to throw up. car rides, smells, getting up early, food, drinks, light. everything. drinking lemonade helped sometimes. sometimes rice and bread were the only things i could keep down. i found out about the Sea Bands when i was i think 18 or 19 weeks prego, i bought them & they helped me TREMENDOUSLY. i would still ocassionally vomit but not like before. they are life savers & theyd help with nausea so much. i could finally be in a car without feeling like poop & eat certain meals more. you do have to make sure they are on the right spot tho so they hit your pressure point, other wise they wont have any effect on you.
