Hello, my name is Karen Soto. I got a new phone and when I downloaded the app nd tried loggin back in it keeps saying invalid username and password so I've been trying to reset my password but never receive an email for it. I really want my account back. I even made a new this one to see if it was the app. But im not sure why im having so much trouble logging in. Please help i really want to keep my old account.
